2. Generally, during use, the bucket teeth on the outer edge of the bucket wear out 30% faster than those on the inner side. It is recommended to rotate the inner and outer bucket teeth periodically to ensure more even wear.
3. Choose replacement bucket teeth from reputable manufacturers. If the teeth lack sufficient wear resistance, it will not only increase the replacement frequency but also lead to abnormal wear on the bucket liner due to untimely replacement.
4. When performing loading operations, operators should avoid applying localized stress to the bucket or undertaking tasks that exceed the loader’s load capacity.
